目前开放招聘的Full Time职位(工作地点位于渥太华)包括:
- Receives and initiates incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Maintains client record
- completing entry of all required information (ie scanning and data entry)
- Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, minutes, forms and schedules as assigned.
- Complete travel and transportation arrangements as required.
- Manage the office services request tracking tool and generate reports
- Verify and sign for deliveries
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage office and kitchen supplies, office equipment and storage areas and units
- Update office services forms, as needed
- Coordinate translation and publish documentation
- Carry out document and records management (electronic and hard copy filing, archiving)
- Order business cards and ensure they comply with specifications
- Verify monthly invoices for accuracy
- Carry out weekly time entry and generate reports for office services
Education & Experience
- High school graduation diploma plus
- Minimum 2 years previous experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a variety of computer software applications including e-mail and the internet
- Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing) with client, staff and community professionals.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, discretion and sound judgment
- Flexible and adaptable with effective problem solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
- Self-directed with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Effective interpersonal skills demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Effective client service skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Keeping books for a business who issues a high volume of invoices and expenses
- Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts
- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
- Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
- Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required).
- 2-5 years relevant experience working in accounting or bookkeeping
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand how to balance large bank accounts
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
